Payments must be in Manager Checks, Money Orders or direct deposit. A deposit is required equal to one month for rental for 1 to 3 month and 2 month rental over 3 to 12 month. It is refundable once the villa had been inspected and no damage is being observed. The deposit should be returned no later than 15 days after the exit. - Utilities are not included in stays over 3 month. Over 3 month these charges will be invoiced according with the use. For recreational facilities the rate include 7 persons. An additional rate of $5 per person will be charge per day (money will be return of unused days of the recreational facilities).
