And you can watch the Whales from the the lanai. Plus, you can also watch the sun come up over Haleakala (Maui's dormant volcano which rises to 10,000 feet above sea level)..
Relax in the quiet surroundings~~: Our building is very CENTRALLY LOCATED in Maui. It's so convenient for you to go anywhere from daily grocery shopping to many famous sightseeing places. Also it's the street's 'dead end', so there is very little traffic and very QUIET. In our unit, you can't hear any noise from the road. You can relax in the unit, lanai, sandy beach or the beautifully manicured lawn with tropical landscape downstairs.
It's just like your Private Secret Paradise Beach: When you enter the condo, the first thing you see is the unobstructed view of the Ocean from the living room. Not many condos are this close to a sandy beach, where you can swim or snorkel....RIGHT IN FRONT of our unit. In the morning, you can talk a walk among the quiet sandy beach (miles long until Kihei). It's well known as the most uncrowded beach on Maui. There is also a government protected Wildlife area nearby the beach for endangered sea turtles, so no development is allowed along this beach. This is for sure one of Maui's Best Beaches.
