And you can watch the Whales from the the lanai. Plus, you can also watch the sun come up over Haleakala EVERY MORNING.
Relax in the quiet surroundings~~: Our building is very CENTRALLY LOCATED in Maui. It's so convenient for you to go anywhere from daily grocery shopping to many famous sightseeing places. Also it's the street's 'dead end', so there is very Little traffic and very QUIET. In or unit, you can't hear any noise from the mail road. You can relax in the unit, lanai, sandy beach or the beautifully manicured lawn with tropical landscape downstairs.
It's just like your Private Secret Paradise Beach: When you open the door and first thing you see is the view of the Ocean from the living room, you will be so contented. Not many condos are this close to a sandy beach, where you can swim or snorkel....RIGHT IN FRONT of our unit. In the morning, you can talk a walk among the quiet sandy beach (miles long until Kihei). It's well known as the most un-crowded beach on Maui. There is also a government protected Wildlife area nearby the beach for endangered sea turtles, so no development is allowed along this beach. This is for sure one of Maui's Best Beaches.
