This beach side apartment sits within three minutes (3) walking distance or half a block to one of Luquillos beautiful beaches. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned rooms, and a large terrace with Bar-B-Que equipment. The two (2) bedroom, one (1) bathroom apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the folklore rich town of Luquillo. The 'Balneario de Luquillo' regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean is but a five (5) minute drive away. Just 10 minutes away by car is El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest. Near by is the town of Fajardo (about 15 minutes by car) where you will find 'Las Croabas' a grouping of sea side Puerto Rican cuisine serving small restaurants.

El Yunque Rain forest is a few minutes away from the apartment and is one of the top attractions of Puerto Rico. This ecological treasure is the most noticeable landmark in the islands east. On the last Friday evening of every month you can enjoy an evening of music and art under the stars at El Portal Visitor Center. Luquillo Beach is famous world wide for its beauty and its kiosks of traditional food. Also close is the town of Loiza with its traditional Santiago Apostle/Saint James Carnival. The area has many golf courses, marinas and sail and snorkel opportunities. The town of Canovanas has the only race track in the island The Hipodromo Camarero. Closer to Luquillo in Fajardo nature lovers can enjoy Las Cabezas de San Juan (reservations required). Fajardo is the gateway to Vieques and Culebra two small islands that are perfect for all kinds of water sports.
