Milford House Summary
Lakefront property in Orange, CT, spacious, modern, with operating hot-tub. Lake is great for kayaking, going on paddle boats, pontoons (not-motorized ones) electric motor boats, fishing, swimming, and more. Close to New Haven which has cinemas, theaters, shopping, restaurants, and a nice town green. Close to Tweed Airport, Bradley Airport, and White Plains Airport. The nearest ferry is in Bridgeport which connects Port Jefferson with CT. Other ferry services are about 45min. to 1 hr. away. They run from New London to various places in New York. The closest train station is 10 minutes away in Milford, and is served by Metro North. New Haven Union is about 20 minutes away and is served by Amtrak, Shore Line East, and Metro North. It is very close to Long Island Sound. The house itself is lovely, it has views of the lake from every bedroom except one and it has a very open flow. It has a patio, with furniture and hot tub, too. It is a very nice, house that is perfect for summer.
