Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No cleaning fee on four or more nights or more.
- A $300 reservation/security deposit is required at the time of booking. This will secure your booking. It is not applied to your rent, but it will be refunded to you within 14 days of your stay, providing the house is left in an acceptable condition. 50% of the payment is due sixty(60) days in advance of your arrival. The remainder of the payment is due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. The cleaning fee is included on stays four nights or longer. We do offer multi-week discounts. Call or e-mail for current specials and early booking discounts!
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25 a night (short term stays) or $100 weekly, $150monthly stay.
