Cambria House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

1-2 people $150/night,
3-4 people $175/night,
5-6 people $225/night.
2 night minimum always required, however during dates 6/15-9/15, 5 to 7 night stays will apply.
Holiday periods will be from 3 to 5 night stays.***For requests fewer than the
minimums please contact us**Adults preferred. Addn'l charges:cleaning fee based on
number of guests & length of stay, $25 Res.Fee & 9% occ. tax on total. Please visit
owners website to view full policies, check-in/out times, etc. Initial payment of
$225-500 required & will be applied toward your stay. Balance is due 14 or 30 days
prior to arrival. Initial deposit amt. & balance due date based on arrival dates.

Cambria House Details
Located just a short walk to the ocean in a quiet area, you will experience so many of nature's offerings. Tide pools, otters, seals, whales when in season, deer & many varieties of bird life including Blue Herons, Egrets, Hummingbirds, Wild Finches & Bluejays to name a few. The deck is a perfect place to read a book, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine while you enjoy our famous Cambria sunsets. You will have access to many Central Coast attractions from Cambria. Cambria itself is a charming village that features galleries, shops, a playhouse, local music and a variety of dining options, as well as a beautiful environment. Visit the elephant seal rookery, Hearst Castle and Big Sur to the North on picturesque Hwy. 1 and the Paso Robles Wine Region is a short drive to the East on Hwy 46. I hope you will visit soon.
