- Dates falling during certain Holidays/Long weekends may require a min 3-night stay at a higher rate
- Payment of full balance is required at lease signing. Payment is non-refundable, unless the vacation rental is subsequently rented by another party, less any difference in rate and an additional $200 re-letting fee.
Primary lease signer and payer must be 25 years of age or older, verified by photo I.D. and be an occupant at rental property during entire lease period. All guests under age of 25 must be accompanied by their own parents. - 10% tax consists of: 6% Hotel Tax + 4% Local WORD Tax

- SMALLER 2 BEDROOM, 1&1/2 BATH COTTAGE - Max of 6 Master bedroom upstairs. Extra-luxurious pillow-top mattress and linens are included. An antique-style fan and plenty of windows give this room a cool, bright feel. An overstuffed chair with ottoman next to the windows is a perfect place for relaxing, reading, or even napping. Second Bedroom is on the ground floor and includes two twin beds and a dresser for folded clothes, door hooks for hanging clothes and a floor fan. Linens are included. Two kids or willing adults could possibly sleep on the L shaped leather sofa in the living area. Recommended to be under 5 feet tall. Linens are not provided for these optional sleeping areas. LARGER 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CABIN Max of 10 guests Master bedroom on the ground floor, large master bathroom with tub, double sinks. Second and third bedrooms are downstairs, along with a bathroom with standing shower Two more guests could possibly sleep on two sofas in the living room. Linens not provided for sofas.
