This is a 6800 square foot, oceanfront home that is richly and tastefully decorated through-out and centrally located between Los Angeles, Long Beach and John Wayne airports.
The home is located on the Peninsula of Long Beach, and is very much considered the ideal place to call home or to enjoy a relaxed getaway. There are five large bedrooms, four with King Size beds & one with two twins & their own bathrooms, along with Direct-HD TV i. There are also 3 twin air mattresses if more sleeping accommodations are needed. There are 2 family rooms, a pool table room, a childrens area with the latest 360 and Wii games, living room & open bar area that overlooks the beach and downtown skyline. There is a formal dining room & a very large kitchen with all the necessities. There is also a laundry room, along with a 5 car garage. There is a computer with internet access, along with wireless accessibility. There is also a grassy area next to the property with a permanent garden furniture.

The home is located on the Peninsula that has access to both the beach and bay area. The beach area is very clean and the property is four homes away from a life guard station. The beach does not get large waves, but if you wanted to surf, a short 10 min. walk to Seal Beach is where most of the surfing is done. Another alternative to the beach is the bay, about 1/2 block from the property where you will find small children and their parents enjoying water activities. You can walk, ride your bikes, skate or rollerblade for miles along the board walk that turns into a cement path that goes on for miles and ends at the Queen Mary where you will find PF Changs, Yard House and other upscale restuarants and shopping. You can do kayacking in the bay, fish or windsurf just outside your doors. For the romantic ones, you can take the Gondola thru Naple Island and experience the sunset for yourself over wine and cheese. There are many nice restaurants, botiques and coffee shops close by.
