Our Rosarito beach front home is located in the gated community of Puerta del Mar in Baja California, Mexico just 55 Kilometers (approximately 30 minutes) South of the USA/Tijuana, Mexico border. Casa Cristal is four years old, is approximately 2,500 square feet, and every room has a breathtaking ocean view with a balcony/patio. The house is steps from the pristine private sandy beach. Our Rosarito beachfront home is located in the gated community of Puerta del Mar in Baja California, Mexico just 55 Kilometers (approximately 30 minutes) South of the USA/Tijuana, Mexico border. Once you pass the border, follow the signs that say Rosarito/Ensenada Scenic Road (South). This is a toll road with two toll booths that will cost approximately $2.50 each (they accept dollars or pesos). Take the scenic drive past the communities of Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo, and Cantamar and take the “Cuenca Lechera” exit. Continue South on the free road that parallels the toll road until you come to Puerta del Mar (approximately two miles). Puerta del Mar has three phases and our house is located in Phase II (the middle phase and the second Puerta del Mar gated entrance).
