York Harbor House Summary

Set high on a knoll on one of York Harbor's coveted lanes, this lovely 1900 seaside home offers ocean views from many rooms including the sun porch and open deck. The kitchen has cherry cabinetry and a skylight for an open and airy feel. The living room and dining room each have a fireplace. Step from the dining room and into the lovely sun porch or open deck for morning coffee or a cold drink after a day at the beach. The family room can be used as an office or bedroom as there is a sofa bed. The first floor half bath has a laundry area. The second story offers 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath. The first guest room has a new queen size bed; the second has 2 twin beds. The large master runs the full length of the second story with ocean views and lots of light. There is a new queen size bed. There are hardwood floors throughout the house complimented by furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel etc. Furnishings are new as are the queen beds.

And, if you'd enjoy an evening without the kids, we can assist with providing a babysitter to entertain the gang while you're out.

York Harbor House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $4000/week Jun 28- Aug 30 2007 + Maine state sales tax, cleaning fee and security deposit. During peak summer season we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. There is a 1 week minimum.

Several beaches; some complete with an arcade, playground, and candy shops while others are just a stretch of sand, water and sun. 2. World class dining or a casual lobster dinner while looking out at the ocean. 3. Outlet shopping. Many famous name designers and shops are represented from Coach to the Gap making this a perfect spot for a day of shopping. 4. An outing to Ogunquit (just 10 minutes north) for walking the 1.5 mile Marginal Way, dinner in Perkins Cove, a day at the 3 mile long white sand beach or an evening of theater at the Ogunquit Playhouse. 5. Golf, horseback riding, day camps for the kids, or a day trip to Boston (1 hour away).
