3rd Floor Corner unit offers great Ocean views from the Living room, Master Suite, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Balcony. The Master Suite has a picture window that views north at the Cocoa Beach Pier in addition to the Door Wall that faces the Ocean. Perfectly located between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jons. The complex is within walking distance to may great restaurants! Close to many local attractions including Kennedy Space Center & Port Canaveral and only an hour from all the Disney & Universal Parks in Orlando. This spacious and comfortable 1,236 square foot condo will be the perfect place for your vacation or winter home. Two bedrooms have King beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom has views of the Ocean. There also is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The HEATED pool is beautifully landscaped and is a great escape from the Ocean when a little more privacy is desired. Daily Room Service is available is desired.

Cocoa Beach Condo Details

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and all of it's activities. Just north of the condo is the Cocoa Beach Pier with numerous bars and restaurants with lots of activity. Annual Televised Volleyball contests take place here. Many surfers like the surfing near the pier. Directly behind the condo is less activity for a little more seclusion. But just south of the condo is a public beach that again, has a lot of family activity. So you have the best of both worlds just a short walk from the door.
