This property is just two blocks from the ocean and has recently been furnished in May 2008. Recently refinished the original 1940's hardwood floors. Great yard that allows you to enjoy the sunset from the west facing front porch with room for the children to play. The property also includes a 37 inch flat screen TV, internet, new leather sofa, new Aerobed, new dining room set including seating for 4 with leaf and chairs to seat for 6. Bedroom #1 has new queen pillow top mattress and separate entrance from yard. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and has and additional sink vanity. Bathroom includes full size bathtub and toilet, tile throughout and pedestal sink. Kitchen has gas stove, refrigerator, tile throughout and all new furnishings. Kitchen door provides access to patio seating for 6 and a gas grill that is portable and easy to take to the beach. Washer/Dryer also available on property. One parking spot included.

San Diego's year round mild climate offers a great vacation destination for any vacationer. The opportunities for things to do are endless in the San Diego area. Pacific Beach of course has great beaches for lounging and surfing, but also has shopping, dining, clubs, extensive beach and is close proximity to all the major attractions in the area including La Jolla, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego. La Jolla to the north has exquisite galleries and many fine dining destinations. Just north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines State Preserve and Del Mar that has great outdoor activities including golfing and hiking, the Del Mar Racetrack and a quaint downtown area. Just south of Pacific Beach is Sea World and Mission Beach that have extensive parks and bay watersport activities including kayaking, jet skis and catamarans.
