The bathroom is large, with a brand new pedestal sink and the floor has brand new white subway tiles. A modern black sofa/sleeper allows you to have a comfortable night sleep to rejuvenate you for your next days activities. The studio even though it is small it is very efficient and comes with a one car attached garage where you can place your bicycles, surf boards, boogie boards and kayaks. Walk only ONE block to the BEACH and walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries & museums.
