Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- RESERVATION DEPOSIT: a minimum of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of your booking. The remainder is due 30 days in advance of check-in for non-holiday periods and 45 days in advance of check-in for major holiday periods such as (but not limited to) Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas-New Years. Once payment has been made in full, no cancellations or refunds are available for any reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY: we do allow cancellations, refunds, and/or schedule changes under the following circumstances: requests must be received in writing by the property owners at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled check-in for nonholiday periods and at least 45 days in advance for holiday periods or other special occasions. A handling fee of $100 plus reimbursement of any credit card or PayPal charges will be deducted from any deposits eligible for refund. - Early check-in / Late checkout option: if the cabin is available, you may check-in as early as 10 AM (instead of 3 PM) and/or check-out as late as 4 pm (instead of 11 am) for an extra charge of $25 for each option (or $50 for both). Extended reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival and cannot be changed or canceled. Your credit card will be automatically billed. Both options are subject to the owners’ advance approval.
Our No-Cleaning Fee Policy: You will not be charged a cleaning fee if the premises (house and grounds) are left in the same condition as when you checked in, unless otherwise requested.
