Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Above are special reduced rates. The usual summer rate is $3,500/week, and $1,700 off-peak
- Rates do not include State of Maine 7% lodging tax. $500 security deposit is required that is promptly returned after post-departure review of house. House is available by the day during the off season for $190 per night. House is also available by the month during the off-season, November through May. Please contact us for monthly rates.
