- * Renters must be 25 years older-identity verification and proof of age (copy of government-issued ID such as driver's license) is required
* Reservation Deposit - After receiving your notice of intent to rent (via email or fax), your reservation will go on a 72 hour courtesy hold while we receive your reservation deposit payment ($400). The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of reservation deposit plus signed rental contract.
*Security Deposit: Rentals under 2 months: $200; 2-3 months: $400, Over 3 months - one Month's rental. Security deposit is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. This security deposit portion is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provide no damage was found and all provisions are met.
*Cancellation Policy: up to 60 days prior arrival date- full refund less $200 handling charge , no refunds of either reservation or security deposit if canceling less than 60 days prior to arrival date - *IF REQUESTING LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS, MINIMUM CHARGE OF 5 NIGHTS WILL APPLY
*MINIMUM 6 NIGHT RENTAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR DATES REQUESTED THAT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PERIODS: between Thanksgiving and Jan 15, from 2 weekends before Easter through the week after, and between July 1 and August 3.
*Rental is due in full upon arrival, except for rentals over 1 month, where 1st month will be due upon arrival and additional months will be automatically charged one week prior to end of monthly term. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and money orders issued by the US Postal Service. Credit cards and payments from your bank account are accepted via Paypal. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
