This central-aired 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage single family house is like new and was built in 2005. it's located in the community of Wedgefield with a pool in Ocean View, Delaware. It's across from a 27 holes championship golf course. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. It comes furnished with all major appliances, including a full size washer and dryer and microwave. Off the large eat in kitchen is a sun room. 3 TVs, 2 DVD player, 1 radio/CD music box, 5 alarm clocks also provided in the house. It's a non smoking and no pets allows. Please call for additional information. Thanks. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor.
