Master Bath is 25 feet long and 15 feet wide with double vanity sinks, two door steam shower with 10 sprays + 'Rain' shower head, mosaic marble tiled with radiant heat in all baths plus on the entire 1st floor. First floor guest bedroom located on opposite end of home with own bath and 2 kohler sinks. 2nd floor bedrooms are located on its own separate wings. There is an office located on the 1st floor. Wireless Internet, music, intercom and professional telephone system throughout home. This is a 'Smart' home with lighting, heat and central air all on 3 centralized controls.

Professional Services: If you are in need of a massage, personal chef or limousine, all can be arranged. We are professional Landlords for over 20 years. We welcome all families. There is an additional Security charge. We accept All Major Credit Cards except American Express.
Weddings: Grounds can accommodate 50 people maximum in backyard. Stay overnight no more than 10 people. We are wedding coordinators. We accept all Major credit cards. We will arrange for you a Tent, Flowers, Caterer, etc.
Corporate Events: Daily rate $2,500 per day + Security deposit.
