- $500.00 per night with a three night minimum, $2,200 for a five night stay, or $ 2,800 per week. $500.00 Dollar security deposit is required and is fully refundable within 10 to 14 days of departure. 13 percent sales tax and $200.00 maid service is also required. If you would like to secure your dates (placed and held on the calendar) the deposit and lease agreement is needed. The remainder of the funds including all rental monies, taxes and cleaning fees are to be paid five days prior to taking occupancy. Important *** Once deposits are collected and if the booking isn't canceled ten days before arrival date all deposit monies are forfeited. All Surf Shack guests have full privileges to the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club as well as The Ponte Vedra Inn.
