Located just steps from the white sand of Jacksonville Beach, this home truly offers comfortability that is complimented by only the finest building materials available. The outside of the home speaks for itself boasting 7 decks/balconies all of them unique. Most are covered with italian marble, some are private some protected,some have ocean views and the third floor deck has a 360 degree view offering sunrises as well as sunsets. The interior of this two story home is simply breathtaking complete with travertini marble floors throughout that lead to 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, game room w/ pool table,outside swimming pool,steam room, full gym and much more. Finally, all guest staying at The Surf Shack have full membership privileges to The Ponte Vedra Inn and The Ponte Vedra Lodge. Both 5 star resorts are only 10 minutes away.

Jacksonville Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are subject to change for special events and or holidays
- $ 600.00 per night with a three night minimum, $2,500 for a five night stay, or $ 3,000 per week. $500.00 Dollar security deposit is required and is fully refundable within 10 to 14 days of departure. 13 percent sales tax and $200.00 maid service is also required. If you would like to secure your dates (placed and held on the calendar) the deposit and lease agreement is needed 14 days before arrival. The remainder of the funds including all rental monies, taxes and cleaning fees are to be paid five days prior to taking occupancy. Important *** Once deposits are collected and if the booking isnt cancelled ten days before arrival date all deposit monies are forfeited. All Surf Shack guests have full privileges to the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club as well as The Ponte Vedra Inn.
