This Florida/'seaside' cottage theme 6 bedroom vacation rental home is located only 5 minutes from Disney in the Gated resort community of Emerald Island. Our Orlando vacation home offers over 3000 square feet of fully dual air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of 6 bedrooms including FOUR Master Suites with Private bathrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds and the remaining bedroom consisting of two twin beds. There is also a queen sofa hideable- wo spacious sitting areas. The pool and spa are south facing and there is large shady Lanai to escape the warm sun. This family home is one of the closest residential communities to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location for your Florida vacation. All other major theme parks are easily accessible. We would love for you to be a guest in our beautiful Florida Home! Emerald Island (considered one of the area’s finest communities) is built around a 300 acre wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to many attractions. Enjoy the large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness center, community room, video games room, and computer room with free internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tiki Hut. For Golfers, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Center is an hour’s drive away on the Atlantic Coast along with famous beaches such as Cocoa Beach. Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hours drive towards the Gulf Coast with yet more beautiful beaches to choose from along the Gulf.

Something for everyone! Cinnamon Villa is a dream come true for me and what better place to dream than Disney? I always wanted a place to Escape the cold bitter Wisconsin winters, and a place for my sons Bob and Dan (along with Michelle and Mandy) to enjoy with their family and friends. I will donate a portion of the rentals of Cinnamon Villa to Breast Cancer Awareness and the Greyhound Rescue Program (I have two adopted greyhounds). Please enjoy Cinnamon Villa as if you are a part of my family or friends. Cinnamon Villa is perfect for families, guys golfing week, or girls weekend away!
