Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A deposit of 50% to make the reservation, remaining 50% + refundable security deposit 2 wks in adv.
- We will email the lease form to you, return it signed with 50% deposit. When received we will enter your reservation. Remaining 50% plus refundable security deposit must be received 2 weeks before rental begins. We will send co-signed lease and your access code to the home's lockbox. Standard security deposit is $250. We are pet friendly with $500 security deposit. Upon satisfactory property inspection, beach pass returned and key retreived from the lockbox, security deposit will be returned. US Personal check or US money order is accepted for payment. Credit cards and International customers via PayPal, processing fee 3% to 6% will be added to rent.
During off peak times, we offer flexible intervals, and low rates. Please inquire. Peak July-August Saturday-Saturday only. Minimum billing is due to our costs to changeover between guests. Please consider us for long weekend getaways, holidays, conferences, family gatherings, Thanksgiving retreat, winter sabbatical, reunions, etc. - We recommend short term rentals for linens, towels, baby needs, extra cots, coolers, etc. from www.auntievis.com. We do not provide linen or towel service. www.auntievis.com is a fulll service provider for short term rentals for linen service, towel service, baby needs, extra cots, coolers, etc to lighten your travels. Contact them at least a week ahead of your rental. You will find they are very economical and accomodating.

We offer rate protection to returning customers by using the rate table of the year they first rented when they return in later years. HINT: rent a long weekend in the spring or fall. Rates are low and it gives rate protection at 2013 rates. If the house meets your expectations, then rent the next summer and invite the whole tribe! Spend the savings on treats to spoil the kids/grandkids. Repeat!! :D

It is possible to sleep a couple in the den raising the maximum capacity of the home to 9. Privacy is via doors that fully close off the den. Half bath is located adjacent to the den. Bedrooms 1,2,3,4 are on second floor. Front porch contains a foldout foam mattress, perfect for kids sleepover. Pack and Play is provided. 4 box fans can be used throughout the house. All 4 bedrooms, den, kitchen contain air conditioners. House is centrally heated. Kitchen was updated recently with laminate floor, counter tops, gas convection range, refrigerator with ice maker, filtered water, microwave, dishwasher, recessed dimmer controlled lighting, AC Laundry in basement with washer and dryer, use is free.
