Saturna Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500 security deposit is required. Please note that ALL RATES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS
- Summer, we rent by the wk Sat-Sat. June 18, 2011 to Sept 10, 2011: $2000/wk + $200 cleaning fee + a $500 fully refundable security deposit. These rates are in Canadian dollars and NOT subject to additional HST nor Hotel tax. If there are more than 8 quests, an additional $80/wk/person will apply. If your accommodation needs are less(6 people or less) and you do not wish to use the King Suite, the rate is $1800/wk + $200 cleaning fee + a $500 refundable sec. deposit. Fall/Winter/Spring - Sept 10, 2011 to June 18, 2012: $275/night .. If you do not wish to use King Suite rate is: $265/night + $150 cleaning fee + $500 refundable sec deposit ... Check In is after 4:30 PM Check Out is by 9:30 AM. during the Summer. Spring, Fall and Winter check in and out times may be extended.
