Other amenities include central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs plus cable, wifi. New kitchen is fully stocked with service for 10. 1st floor family room opens to large backyard with picnic tables and outdoor propane gas grill. Outdoor shower includes dressing room, and is stocked with beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Also includes 1 bedroom (queen) with full bath. 2nd floor reverse living includes new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, family room with new furniture and floors; 3 bedroom (2 queen, 1 twin) and 1 full bath. Sorry no pets, no smoking please. Weekly Rental available. Will give multiple week discount.
