A few minutes from grocery stores, outlet shopping, golf courses, movie theater, specialty shops and a variety of great restaurants.

Only 5 miles from the Ocean City beaches you can enjoy lots of fun, excitement and night life or relax on the quiet beaches of Assateague, watching a sunset or catching the wild ponies roaming the island. Our villa is located convenient to a variety of restaurants whether you are in the mood for cracking some of Maryland's famous hardshells or enjoy the fresh catch of the day. Quick and easy access to shopping without the crowds and plenty of specialty stops along the way including the famous Dumsers Ice Cream and Starbucks Coffee House.

Bring linens and towels. Internet access in Club House which remains open until 10pm. No land line phone - must use cell phone. Club house also features a gym a full kitchen, beautiful lounge with a huge plasma TV. There are also board games available. The community offers free shuttle to and from the ocean access to two pools, a 40ft fishing pier and the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay.
