- A security deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check or postal money order for the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. Upon your arrival, the $500 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit, less the agreed to $150 cleaning fee will be mailed to you within five (5) days of your departure. No damage is done to the home $150 cleaning fee is deducted from security deposit.

Long Beach Aquarium: 32 minutes. Other Attractions: Universal Studios: 46 minutes. Sea World: 1 hr. 45 minutes. San Diego Zoo: 1 hr. 49 minutes.
Neighborhood is very peaceful. very nice neighbors. There are restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Local park nearby, perfect for family BBQs, to ride bikes, etc.
