This like new central-aired 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 2 car garage single family house located in the community of Wedgefield with a pool in Ocean View. It's across from a 18 holes championship golf course. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Tastefully decorated. About 5 minutes drive to the beach. Book this one for your 2008 summer vacation! This house does not allow pets and does not allow smoking. Gas grill, outside shower, 5 TVs, 1 VCR, 3 DVDs. No Telephone available. The bikes and beach chairs are available for you at your own risk. There is a 3% Ocean View town tax. There is no additional fee to use the pool however when you check out the pool pass at check in we require a deposit for the pool pass refundable when return the pass. Please bring extra cash or check for this purpose. Thanks. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Master: King; 2nd bedroom: Queen; 3rd bedroom: full, 4th bedroom: Full; 5th bedroom: 2 twins
