The living room has a 129 inch movie screen that rolls out of the ceiling at the push of a button, converting the main area into a movie theater with a projection HDTV. The large (1,000 sq. ft.) roof-top deck features a four-person Jacuzzi, a dining table for 12 surrounding the gas fire pit, and a built-in gas barbeque.

The penthouse is located atop a security building and has a washer/dryer; Wi-Fi, and two side-by-side parking spaces in the secured garage.
