5 Bedroom 5 1/2 Bath Direct Oceanfront Home, located in the North Forest Beach area.
When you walk in through the front doors you will find an inviting open floor plan and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and the two bedrooms. The large kitchen opens into the small seating area with breakfast table. The living room, off the kitchen, is spacious and welcoming. The sliding glass door in the living area gains you access to the large deck area with the oceanfront pool beyond. This level also contains one of two laundry areas.
The master bedroom, located off the living room, is furnished with a king size bed, a television and access to the deck through French doors. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower.
There is also a game room located above the garage with pool table, Foosball, large game table, full bath, wet bar, large screen TV and an XBox Game System.

With the best shoreline on Hilton Head Island, North Forest Beach neighborhood offers beautiful oceanfront and ocean-oriented homes along a quiet stretch of streets north of the heart of the community. The area consists of a one-mile stretch of beachfront land that begins at Coligney Plaza and runs north to the Crowne Plaza Resort in Shipyard Plantation. This neighborhood is perfect for the family or traveling group that wants privacy, but also wants to be just around the corner from shops, restaurants, and things to do.
North Forest Beach is where many of Hilton Head's earliest vacation rentals were located, but now nearly every home has been either renovated or torn-down and rebuilt. The streets have been renamed for birds like Dove, Lark, or Avocet. The neighborhood is scattered with full-time residents and vacationers alike.
