Taos House Rates

  • $200 - $600/nt
  • Rates may be higher certain holidays and for shorter stays than our required minimum number of nights. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. $10 per night per additional child, $15 per additional adult up to a maximum of 10 people. State Tax of 7.125% will be added. Casa Truchas has only been on the rental market since July 2008.

    Policies: A deposit of 50% of the total is due to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 30 days cancellation notice (45 days Christmas-New Year's Holiday) is required for full refund of deposit less a 16% handling fee. We are holding your reservation to the exclusion of all others. Therefore, late arrivals and early departures must be charged for their fully reserved stay.
  • Very well behaved dogs are accepted for an additional charge of $10/night or $50/week. We do ask that dogs not be left unattended in the Casa unless they are in a kennel, or guests are positive that they will be well behaved if left unattended. If owners are comfortable with it, dogs can be left on the shaded side area in the warmer months.

Notes: The Casa can comfortably sleep 7-11 guests; Master bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed, one bedroom with full size bunkbeds and trundle bed, queen size sofa bed in the living room and full size sofa bed in the den. The Casa is equipped with washer & dryer, TV/DVD, telephone with answering machine, and gas BBQ grill on the deck. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils and crockery are available in abundance. However, please try and call at the local supermarket in Taos for supplies before your arrival as there is no supermarket in Arroyo Seco.
