We are a great unit for families! This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback Mountain/Camelbeach water park . It features three bedrooms (one queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two sets of twin bunk beds totally 4 beds in one room, 2 brand new twin beds that bump together to make a king size bed in the loft area,full-size futon in living room. We also provide you with a beautiful oak crib and highchair in excellent condition. Two and a half baths with new glass shower and tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace. There are steps to and from our home and steps inside the home to access the sleeping areas. Camelback Ski area has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you about their program and how to schedule your family member with special needs. Program runs January to early March. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period.
