Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices based on 2 persons staying. Children below 12 year are free of charge.
- We will give you a full refund of the deposit (minus a euro 25 admin fee) if you cancel more than one month before date of arrival. Cancellation 1 month to 2 weeks before date of arrival: the down payment shall serve as cancellation charge. Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 day prior to the reserved dates commencing, you will be due the entire amount (down payment + remainder).
- Deposits: The down payment of 25% of the total sum plus 100 euro deposit can be paid through 'PayPal'. If you prefer to pay by bank, we will provide you with the account number and banking codes required. The balance is to be settled in cash upon arrival. (Of course you can also settle by bank prior to arrival.) The deposit of 100 euro will be refunded within a week after departure, if left in good order. Other Policies: We need to know your arrival time on the airport or central Station. We plan our days around arrivals and we need to know at what time we can expect you. Bookings for 2 nights are possible if we have 2 nights in between other bookings.
