Orvieto Farmhouse Summary

Ripa Bianca is a farmhouse in the holiday farm 'La Polverosa' that spreads over a surface of about 120 hectares with vineyards, olive-trees, flowers and forests between the regions of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. It is situated in the farthest part of southern Etruria in a very convenient position i.e. just ten to thirty minutes drive from places, villages, towns and parks of great natural and artistic importance. Is a two story building with inside staircase. On the first floor two twin bedded rooms, one double room (all with its own bath). On the ground floor one large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen also with a fireplace, a small bath, a store room and a veranda. The farmhouse is furnished with old country furniture. The garden (with barbecue) which overlooks the valley affords a nice view of the picturesque villages of Sermugnano and Castiglione in Teverina. The former farmhouse has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures

Ripa Bianca is a wonderful, big farm house in the farm holiday “La Polverosa”, situated in the farthest part of southern Etruria in a very convenient position i.e. just ten to forty minutes drive from places, villages, towns and parks of great natural and artistic importance. In fact Ripa Bianca-La Polverosa, to the West, is near to Bagnoregio, Civita, the Bolsena lake and not far from Pitigliano; to the north is near to Orvieto, Acquapendente, Castel Viscardo, The mount Rufeno natural park, the Chiana valley the Trasimeno lake; to the east is near to Baschi, Todi, Assisi, Perugia; to the south is near to the villages which lie in the Tiber valley, The Alviano oasis, Bomarzo and Viterbo.
