Cancellation - Must be in writing. (Greater than 90 days from rental = no penalties). (90 days or less = Every attempt shall be made to re-rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit made will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made two weeks or less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented).
