50% deposit of rental due with return of our signed rental agreement.
Final 50% of Rental and $500 Refundable Security and Cleaning Fee Due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after keys have been returned and property is left in the same condition it was upon your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY...Full refund if the vacation rental is re-rented to someone else (less $250 administrative fee).
We do not rent to groups under 25yrs/or after prom/senior week.

Also included- beach & bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, coolers, beach cart, umbrella, beach toys, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer, full size washer. All you'll need is your bathing suit & toothbrush. Come down and just relax!
