Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee to be added to rental fee and paid upon signing contract
- Assumes 6 hours of cleaning. Each additional hour, if necessary, is $25. Property list will be agreed upon and signed off on, at check in. Cleaning person will come in on agreed upon day if tenant is there for one week or more, or at check out if a weekend or weekly rental. Any reservations made within 30 days of the rental date must pay rental fee, cleaning fee and deposit upon signature of the contract. Renter shall have option to pay a $500 fully refundable damage deposit or pay a $59 non refundable insurance policy to cover any potential damages to the property or its contents.
- Rates are based on 10 adults sleeping in the house, plus any children under 12. Additional people must be disclosed upon inquiring and may be subject to additional fees. There is a 15 foot stone grotto in the backyard as well as a fire pit. Candles will be in the rocks so it will look like many of the beautiful grotto's you may have seen. Light a fire, light the candles and relax in this beautiful spiritual envirornment just a close walk from the house, Beautiful 20 foot stone grotto in backyard.

Drum set has been removed to accommodate an extra bed. 2 additional guest rooms with full baths outside the room. The most comfortable beds on the planet. Massage table for visiting therapists. Open to moonlit nights and wooded area from built in Jacuzzi on back deck. Jacuzzi seats 6-8 adults comfortably. Plenty of books to read, cable tv,entertainment center, and credit cards are accepted. Industrial sized washer/dryer. Second master, on the top floor, is very large, so additional beds or crib can easily be added.
