Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Off Peak Season is from Oct 1 - April 30 excluding Christmas, New Years, and Easter is $880/week. Please inquire for longer term rentals. Special discounts may apply.
Summer Rate from May 1 - Sept 30 and including Christmas, New Years, and Easter is $1350/week. For stays other than full weeks please inquire.
A Large Screen TV can be installed for an additional fee of $50.00
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
