Cancellation Policy: 100% deposit required for bookings including Christmas and New Year's dates. No refund for those bookings 50% deposit for all other dates, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit is not refundable if booking is canceled or a no-show within 60 days prior to arrival
Payment : Payment is required via International Wire transfer to the company of the property manager in Nosara, Costa Rica. Wire transfer fees may apply and are the responsibility of the renters.
