- Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The main floor has an over sized (huge!) master bedroom (full bath) with two queen size beds and a full size sleeping futon. Upstairs, there is another large bedroom with a king bed, as well as a roomy sleeping loft with a queen sleeper. For additional sleeping, on the main floor, there is also a full size futon in the great room, as well as two extra long leather couches (non-pullout). You really can sleep a lot of folks in this place!

Breckenridge House Details
The spacious and gorgeous great room on the main floor has vaulted ceilings and a massive stone fireplace. It is a wonderful place for your group to gather, enjoy a fire, take in the views, play games, watch a movie, eat or just simply relax. Two sliding glass doors lead from the great room to the wraparound deck, hot tub and stunning west facing mountain views. The great room area also includes a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen ready for your cooking needs, as well as an an open, airy dining area.
Our home is also only minutes from beautiful, historic downtown Breckenridge, with its over 200 shops, galleries, boutiques, restaurants and recreation center! Winter or summer, Breckenridge is a vibrant mountain town with numerous events and goings on. Breathtaking views from hot tub on the wraparound deck ensure a truly memorable experience surrounded by nature. Pets are negotiable. And for those of you with kids, we are close to the Breck Rec Center which offers full-day daycare.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:: *50% deposit required; Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for the Christmas and New Year's Holiday). * Deposit non-refundable unless there is another booking for same period. * A $300 security deposit is due with final payment and will be returned unless there is damage to the unit. * $125 cleaning fee applies to all stays * Check in is 4:00 p.m.; checkout is 10:00 a.m. * No smoking/Pets negotiable
