Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Payment by cash, check or Paypal (Paypal processed credit cards). A refundable $300 deposit required to reserve the dates you prefer at least 90 days in advance. At least 50% rental amount due 60 days prior to arrival. All balances due 30 days before arrival. A rental agreement will need to be signed. No refunds due to cancellations or shortened stays 45 days prior to rental.

There are extra requirements which will be discussed and will be detailed in rental agreement which must be signed by every guest. Obviously, any illegal activities will not be tolerated and causes forfeiture of deposit. Any police action taken due to any guest's behavior or guest's visitors will result in immediate eviction, no refunds of any kind and further legal action if needed. Responsibility is expected.
