Carillon Beach House Details
The laundry room is located just off the kitchen for easy access. There is also a fun wet bar with wine cooler and small refrigerator located off of the living area to mix up your tropical concoctions. The living area has a generous sized screened-in deck to enjoy those wonderful gulf breezes. The main floor also has a bedroom with bath en suite with lake views and access to a large deck on the front of the home. The upper level offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a loft. You'll fall in love with the master bedroom and bath with its own private balcony on the gulf. There are cool custom made queen bunk beds in another gulf front room. In the 4th bedroom, there is a lovely view of Lake Carillon and this room also has its own private bath en suite. The first level of the home has a 4 car(tandem) garage.
