Also very close by is Seascape Village Resort and upscale shopping area, and an 18 hole golf course. Capitola Village and Santa Cruz are only 10 minutes away.

Great Vacation Opportunity: This is a new vacation rental and everyone who visits loves this upstairs spacious, airy and very light home that has lots of windows and a great deck. We have availability in June and are running these special rates. July is getting busy so call about your dates. Great Views, Great House - Upstairs From the huge balcony you get a beautiful view of the beach. The house is very accommodating. 3 comfortable bedrooms, large living room, dining area and kitchen.
