- Security Deposit - $250. Security Deposit will be refunded after cabin is cleaned with no damages found.
- Rates based on 4 people. Over 4 guests $10.00/guest/night(Under age 5 free). Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to arrival for a full refund. Partial refund will be given if less than a month. Consideration will be given for new dates rebooked. If deposit is made with a credit card a processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. Check in is 4 pm and check out at 11 am.
