  • Administrative Fee is $350 (includes all cleaning, utilities, maintenance, etc)
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE: Once renter and agent agree on terms the first step is to provide deposit (see below for cancellation details). After the deposit is collected Agent will send renter a lease containing; receipt of deposit, check in and out procedures, rules and regs, all rents and fees. Renter will then return lease with valid identification and provide credit card for security deposit. At this time we will have an agreement and renter will receive full welcome packet with local activities, local dining guide, contacts, emergency procedures.
  • REFUND POLICY; All reservations are subject to a 6% state taxes. These additional fees will be charged based on the full rental amount. The fees will be applied to final amount due prior to arrival.

    A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival, the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of one night's lodging. Reservations cancelled 44 days or less prior to arrival are not refundable. There are NO exceptions.

    A valid credit card and copy of drivers license is needed prior to arrival. This will be taken as a security deposit. The credit card will be charged 30 days in advance automatically if a check is not received by then.

    There will be a 3% transaction fee for Visa and Mastercard charges and a 4% fee for American Express or Discover. This will be added during checkout

Master bed is handmade inlay headboard with Western scene of mounted rider on horseback. Walk in closet and built in dresser for storage needs. Lots of windows, balcony, and sky lights complete the very comfortable and roomy master. 15 foot ceilings create spacious feel. Being the only room on upper level creates privacy.
