There is a new family room in the finished basement that offers additional space for sleeping and hanging out There is a new queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping as well as a twin sleeper sofa. This room is very spacious and features a beautiful slate flooring, plenty of light, sleeper sofa, cable TV, foosball table and kids games. This is a great room for the kids to hang out.
