Reservations require a minimum of $200 to hold the dates. An advance payment equal to 50% of the total is due 60 days prior to reservation dates. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation dates.
- CANCELLATIONS: If GUEST CANCELS, the Guest agrees to forfeit $200 fee regardless of date of cancellation. Guest agrees to forfeit an additional 50% of the total fees if cancellation is 30 days or less from arrival date. Guest agrees to forfeit an additional 25% of the total fees if cancellation is 31-60 days from arrival date. A fee of $50 or 5% of total will also be forfeited for credit card fees. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.. Additional cleaning fees may apply to longer stays.
