- CANCELLATIONS: Credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Reservation Deposit is forfeited if guest cancels. Credit card is charged 50% of rental fee if cancellation is 30 days or less prior to reservation dates. If cancellation is 31-60 days prior to reservation dates, credit card is charged 25% of rental fee plus the reservation/damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or reservation/damage/security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply to longer stays.
