Property is located less than one block from the bay and boardwalk and also less than a block from the ferry that takes you to the great surf at Newport Beach, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, additional shopping and restaurants, and boating and fishing excursions. Balboa Island is 2 miles from fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island and approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tidepools. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are within 20-25 minutes.
