A $700.000 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a two night stay. A $2,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a one week stay. A $5,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a one month stay. All Rental Fees and Security Deposits must be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Cahiers Check.
All rentals are to be paid 60 days in advance of arrival or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. REFUND POLICY: If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival all money refunded. 45 days prior to arrival 1/2 money refunded. 30 days or less--all monies forfeited. Security deposit, (less on Demand Cable Charges incurred, if any) is completely refundable in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, items missing or there is an excessive amount of cleaning beyond what is considered normal.
