Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by credit card, Pay Pal or check!
- We now accept payments by credit card through the Home Away booking site. Or if you prefer, we are also set up to receive payments through Pay Pal, or by check...whichever is easiest for you! We have a Rental Agreement that all guests are required to complete and return at the time of booking. Availability is subject to change until booked, so be sure to let us know right away if you are ready to book! Once we are advised of your booking, the invoice and Rental Agreement will be sent to you. We require 50% of the rental amount at the time of booking and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.
- Our vacation rental offers all the comforts of home, in a superb downtown location! We are a few doors to the Comal River & Tube Chute, & two blocks to the downtown square (or circle!). Be sure to check out our reviews...and we have lots more in our guest book with 100% client satisfaction. We furnish everything except food, tubes and personal items!
Winter Texans....enjoy all the comforts of home, mild winters and a great location for walking & biking around town and the numerous city parks. New Braunfels is a great home base for day trips to San Antonio, the capitol city Austin and all over the Hill Country (Fredericksburg, Wimberley, Kerville, Comfort, Marble Falls and more!). We are minutes away from one of the nation's largest and best designer outlet malls (San Marcos) and a few hours from the Texas coastline (Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, etc.). Make New Braunfels home for the winter and you may never want to go back!
