Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates: The rates are per week. Extra days will be on a pro-rate basis. Bookings of less than 6 nights will be subject to a cleaning surcharge. Bookings of 4 to 8 weeks at 10% discount. Long term Rentals at 15% discount (over 8 weeks). Rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, satellite TV, local telephone calls, pre-arrival and end of stay cleaning. If required, electric heating is also available for the heated pool at a rate of $90 per week.Over 8 people per visit $150.00/person Extra
An initial down payment of 30% is required to validate your booking. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before the rental start date together with a separate security deposit cheque of $500. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you after accounting for any damage, shortages, breakages or excessive utility bills during your stay. - • Cancellation Policy:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only
Between 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental
Rates can change at any time without prior notice.
Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival
Check-out time is before 11 am on the day of departure
