- Summer: $149 per night with 3 night minimum stay.
Fall - Winter: $99 per night with 3 night minimum stay.
Winter: 7 nights: Sunday to Sunday: $595.00.
Holiday Rates will be higher and require 3 night minimum.
Long term rentals: Dec, Jan, Feb: $1295 for 30 nights. Security deposit required.
Quoted rates do not include local tax.
No pets. - No cleaning fee if the condo is left in respectful fashion. ($100.00 if its left a mess.)
